What kind of inspiration do we get from the constitution of Africa?

Africa inspires us to create a new society in which we don't yearn for revenge for past crimes. The blacks of South Africa had suffered greatly under white rule de to apartheid. But once apartheid ended and Nelson Mandela became President, South Africa adopted a new Constitution that created an equal and democratic political system in which both blacks and whites have equal right. There was no attempt to impose punitive measures on the whites under the Constitution.
