a single unitary form of judiciary separated from the executive.at the apex is the supreme court than the high courts than the subordinate courts. 1 law applies for all these courts.

A well developed country always maintains the utmost peace and hospitality in allover of it's territory.

Judicial system is the main structure of laws and regulations in any country.

Unlike any other country we also have a judicial system which controls the law system in our country .

We have a divided judicial system.Every state has a state level judiciary system which is dominated by the high court of that state and the national judiciary system and all the high courts are dominated by the supreme court in the India.
