concave mirror is the best one as it converges the powerful parallel beam of Sun's light and thus to provide more heat energy.
It focuses all the parallel rays from the sun at one particular point where heat energy produced is more which makes it easy for cooking.

Explanation:

A concave mirror is used in a solar cooker as it uses heat of the sunlight to cook food. The mirror focuses all the incident sunlight at a point. The temperature at that point increases, thereby cooking and heating the food placed at that point.
