There are two types of mirror concave mirror and convex mirror.
There are three types of eye defects namely myopia, hypermetropia, and presbyopia. In myopia you can't see far objects, in hypermetropia you can't see closer objects, and in presbyopia you can't see both far as well as close. For myopia you need convex lenses and for hypermetropia you need concave lenses where as you need special operations in case of presbyopia .

vema: i asked what kind of glasses u give mirrors

lfstone3: yeah this tells it na

if a person cannot see objects at long distance but can see nearby objects clearly. this type of defect in vision is called Myopia. this people can see clearly if they use concave lens.
if a person can see distant objects clearly but cannot see objects at near distance. this type of defect in vision is called Hypermetropia. this people cane see clearly if they use convex lens.
if a person cannot see objects at long distance and near distance it is called Presbyopia. this is mostly cause by the age problem. this people can see both clearly if they use bi-focal lens
