The post office employees were really kind people . They collected seventy pesos and gave to lencho.

Yes, lencho called them the bunch of crooks means group of cheaters because he got only seventy pesos but he wanted hundred pesos. He thought that the office employees did not give him all his money.

Answer:

The post office employees were a bunch of kind hearted persons. All they wanted to do was to help Lencho recover from the menace caused by the Hailstorm. They themselves took a part of their salary and used it for helping Lencho as an act of charity. However, they couldn’t make 100 pesos together so instead they put 30 pesos less i.e 70 pesos in the envelope. Following their such kind attitude Lencho decided to call them a bunch of crooks i.e a dishonest person.  Since he had a blindfaith in god, he didn’t trust humans. He would never have expected this to happen if he came to know that the post office employees themselves helped him. He should be happy with what all he has got instead of crying over a tiny amount of 30 pesos. He had such blind faith in God, he believed that God could neither make a mistake nor he could deny Lencho of what he had requested. Seeing such incidents happen, the humans will stop trusting each other and there will be no unity among humans. This will thus, lead to an apocalypse. Trust is an important value that makes us humans united with each other and it’s the rope tying the earth together.  It’s not at all wrong to trust god, it’s true that extreme faith in the god can give you a ray of hope even in the darkest times but when it comes to blindly having faith in God, then it's not correct. God sent us on this earth to make our lives ourselves not being dependent on him
