The wedding guest in the poem ' The Time of Ancient Mariner' is desperate to attend the wedding and give then wishes but the ancient mariner stops him to tell his sin to him.

The wedding guest desperately wants to attend the wedding of a close one but is stopped by the ancient mariner. On being stopped he calls the ancient marier a loon and asks him to leave after which the ancient mariner hypnotises him and he listens to him as a child
