What kind of preparation you take will you prepare a short speech?

I will definetly do the following preperations for my short speech :-

●My first step will be to prepare an impressive speech on the topic that will given to me using different meaningful sources .

● Now , I will learn it and rehearse it to speak loudly and confidently .

● I would prefer to take some tips from my elder ones .

● I must rehearse to improve my eye contact with students and teachers and way of talking .

● At last .. before performing at stage , I will definitely rehearse it among my friends or teachers .
