What kind of rays does it produce from our television remote microwave etc??Is it harmful for our body or not??

Microwave ovens do not cause any harmful effect. Microwave ovens do not make foods radioactive. Microwave ovens heat food by producing radiation which is absorbed by water molecules in the food.
