Hello mate

Here is your answer

  1. Ministers are elected by the government .
  2. Chief Ministers advice the government to exercise some functions .
  3. In the exercise of the functions which the governor is empowered to exercise in his discretion , he will not required to act according to the advice of his ministers or even to seek such advice .
  4. The discretionary power of the Governor in appointing a Chief Minister depends upon the political context .
  5. Many times the dismissal of the ministers was challenged in the court as unconstitutional . But at no time did the courts give judgement against the action of the governors .

HOPE IT HELPS..............!
