The similarities that Pakistan and China have on disturbing the relationship with India is "Border Disputes". Both nations have been troubling and fighting with India with regard to the borders that India has been sharing with each of the nation respectively

India-China Border Dispute

  • In 1962, India & China fought over the disputed Himalayan border warfare. The war finished with a truce and the establishment of "a de facto border", the "Line of Actual Control" (LAC). Since, an uncomfortable and fragile peace has been marked by border skirmishes in 2013 & 2017, among other things.
  • The LAC is a rough demarcation line between territories controlled by Indians & territories controlled by China. The precise location of sections of the line has been in dispute, especially in the western region of Ladakh. In the last two decades, attempts to make clear LAC between the 2 nations have stalled
  • Both nations have tried to make their territorial claims by heavily militarising the area. Both have built outpost stations, airstrips, roads, & other infrastructure, like telephone lines. Troops routinely carry out cross-border surveys
  • Since the end of April 2020, tensions have escalated as thousands of soldiers have been sent by China, bringing vehicles & artillery, along the LAC.
  • China is more committed to the infrastructure building in this region, and is keen to frustrate India 's attempt to upgrade its own military installations. Their denial of leaving contested areas, including the Galwan Valley, has sparked shouting matches and stone-throwing in main border regions.

India Pakistan Border Dispute

  • The "Kashmir Conflict" is territorial dispute between India & Pakistan, in particular, the Kashmir dispute, & China as a 3rd party role over region of Kashmir. After India's division in the year 1947, the conflict started, as both Pakistan & India claimed  Jammu and Kashmir that led to a direct conflict in the region, which escalated into 3 wars between Pakistan and India & many armed skirmishes.
  • Since 1963, Pakistan has acknowledged Chinese sovereignty over the TK and the Aksai Chin. India controls about 55 per cent of the region's land and 70 per cent of its populace, while Pakistan controls about 30 percent of the land, while China monitors the remaining 15%. The  the Kashmir Valley, Jammu, majority of Ladakh,  & the Siachen Glacier are administrated by India. Azad Kashmir & Gilgit-Baltistan are adminstered by Pakistan. The AksaiChin Region (TKT) & part of the Demchok sector, the mostly uninhabited Trans-Karakoram Tract, are controlled China
  • The "Simla Agreement" officially defined the "Line of Control (LOC)" within the occupied territories of the 2 countries following continued fighting during the "Indo-Pakistani war of 1965" as well as the "1971 Indo-Pakistani war". In 1999, the Kargil War over Kargil region re-emerged with armed conflict between India and Pakistan
