3x - 4y = 13 => 3x-4y-13=0

y = 3x - 7. => 3x-y-7=0

Comparing the given equations by :

a1x+b1y+c1=0. and

a2x+b2y+c2=0

a1/a2=3/3=1

b1/b2=-4/-1=4

Since ,

a1/a2≠b1/b2

Therefore,

The equations will have a unique solution.
