What kinds of fires can be effectively be put out with water? what kinds of water is it not suitable for? give reasons in both the cases ]

Answer. Any kind of combustible material can catch fire easily,like dry wood,paper etc. These fires can be easily put out by the water because water cuts off the oxygen contact which is necessary for the combustion.
