The answer is autocracy.
As a ship commander, Graf adopted an autocratic style with her subordinates. She wanted to be in complete control of anything that happened in her life. Unfortunately, this extended to her junior team that she led. She did not encourage them asking any questions. Graf was even known to abuse her crew verbally and assault them. Needless to say, this attitude of hers did not go well with the crew, and in January, a navy admiral relieved of her command of the Japan based missile cruiser called USS Cowpens.

Well, the simplest answer of your question is "autocracy " She actually wants the controlled of everything so she adopt the autocratic type of approach being the commander . She wants to do the things on his own and power , this is why she was not respected by the lower employees or subordinates.Her attitude was not type of a leader so the things so the things did not go the same because of her attitude thus was relieved of her duty by a navy admiral.
