Explanation:

I believe no matter who you are this will always be the case, so you are not alone. So don’t beat yourself up about it. If you are not growing you are dying; so there always needs to be an area in which you need to invest and nurture.

If you are not growing you are dying; so there always needs to be an area in which you need to invest and nurture. In my quest to grow into my potential I have contextually framed the life I want to lead. By contextually I mean high level things; being relaxed and calm (most of the time), succeeding first at home, being present in the moment, taking responsibility always, feeling abundant and free of addiction.

What anchors this for me is the saying, ‘how you do anything is how you do everything’. So I know if I want to make a choice in one area of life, all my other choices need to be congruent. I'll give you an example: I used to love a punt on the footy to spice up the Friday night game. As harmless as this may sound, I came to realise it was incongruent to me feeling calm and being present with my family. So after a decade of a bet or two each weekend, I gave it up without hesitation. This was once I understood it’s incongruence to my bigger vision.

Answer:

When I live in this world I want to live a patriotic life which means having tolerance towards others with a different opinion in matters like religion, race, etc. I would like to consider all people in the world suffering from poverty, disease and hunger as my own and help them.
