Hi there!

See, there exist lots of theory of languages.

Some philosophers and scientists propose that there exist a language aka natural language through which we are communicated by our mind.

For example, when you are by yourself or the thinking or during the just-waking-up-time or about-to-sleep-time , we have our MINDs chatter a lot.

How do you think our Brain does that?
See, we have atleast two kinds of thoughts:

1. Generated by ourselves eg when you are really thinking about how to get that girl's number or so.

2. When thought comes to you. eg When you are feeling lazy and you feel like having worry. That's the brain doing it to you.

So, Deaf person not only has natural language but more.

The fundamental purpose of Language has been to :

1. Express one's thoughts
2. Communicate

Deaf people can express via Art, Music, Writing , Reading, etc.

Hope it helps and make sense!

Answer:

American Sign Language

Explanation

Deaf people think in terms of their “inner voice”. Some of them think in ASL (American Sign Language), while others think in the vocal language they learned, with their brains coming up with how the vocal language sounds.

Some deaf people may also think in the language they see all around them, if they are not blind. So really, it depends on their environment and how their brain transmits it for them.
