It is functional layout for the system to be equivalent for the machine for manufacturing operations. It will be transformed for the customers with areas which are depending with individual needs.

The biggest difference between  of an equivalent operations for the corners with layout for an object for each customers though the different operations. The reduce material for handling at low costs. So to maintain the flow the product and facility will reduce the efficient layout.

A conventional supermarket is a product layout. It is different from manufacturing operation layout.

Here there is no specific section in the layout allocated for each supply or tool. Rather it is an assembly line.

Here products are kept for people to stop in each section and pick what they desire. Some sections are attached while some are functional where billing and packing is made.
