Note - At first, find the sq. root of 8400

As,  (91)² < 8400 < (92)²

Perfect Sq. = 92² = 8464

Smallest no. To be added  

= 8464 - 8400  

= 64  

∴ Perfect Sq. = 8464  

√8464 = 92
