The remainder will be 15. Thus the next greater number divisible by 19 will be 2014. Hence, we must add 4.

what you did after obtaining remainder?
On dividing 2010 by 19, you get the remainder 15. So that means you've got to add 4, such that the new remainder becomes 0.
And on doing that you get the number 2014.
I shouldn't have said 2014, maybe that's what causing the whole confusion.
