The ethnic composition of this small country is very complex. The minority french speaking community was very rich and powerful. The majority Dutch speaking enjoy the rights and education system much later. This led to the conflicts in Belgium in 1950 and 1960 between french speaking and Dutch speaking.Jul 25, 2017

The Belgium has a 3 populations 59% 59% of Dutch and 40% of French and 1 of German as they know that the French word relativity rich and the Dutch acquired education and wealth electronic so this lead to the ethnic tension between the  between the Dutch and French the tension was more acute in Brussels because Dutch  population was majority in the country and minority in the capital so it became an ethnic tension  for the both communities
