What led to Nokia's failure?
their market share in 1995- 2005 were more than 60% and now, its ultra rare to find anyone with nokia phone...
What is the reason behind this drastic fall of Nokia?

I think because people didn't like the Microsoft interface

Yeah.. they sticked with symbian os when the whole world was moving to android.. then the new ceo came and went to microsoft saying they they had software and nokia had hardware.. "but why did they went to microsoft instead of google"?... if they would have went to google.. they could've easily fought against samsung and other companies.. cause people still had the faith that nokia was the best... and certainly no phone can beat of old nokia 3310

It cannot able to compete with the rising markets demands like smartphones, phones with additional features etc.
This company took time to give the customer satisfaction for mobiles
