the most basic lesson we learn is that we should appoint skilled and educated person for such serious dangerous operations.. all the labours were not knowing the harmful effects of the gas and they were not aware of the hazards so they didn't pay much attention towards the work which resulted the tragedy. atleast a person who is aware of all this should present 24*7 for such operations
