As for Shakespeare , he loves his friend very much.
Majestic statues and monuments fade over years with the passage of time and violence of war. But, the thoughts, the feelings and the emotions of a person, when expressed through art and literature, become divinity. We should ,thus, focus on internal things like love and relationship as they are immortal and only get toned up with time.
