The play throws light light on the different problems like ingratitude , ignorance that old people nowadays. their children considers them a burden and wants to get rid of them . they are self obsessed and greedy and just interested in their parent's will. They can even stoop low to lie to them as to get their hands over property. They are deprived of social values
