communal issues rise due to the disagreement between the two communities .and Indian government is working upon it to prevent these issues. the steps taken by Indian government to prevent communal issues --

√1-- govt. provided for the empowerment of uneducated people of different religion and still empowering the uneducated people of society because these uneducated /and who doesn't understand the real world problems , distabilizes/ distabilizing the conditions within the country.

√ 2-- the only way to prevent communal issues is reach out there and to provide Good education and skills to the poor and uneducated people and Indian govt. worked/and Still working upon it.

3-- there is also internal disturbance between two big communities of India, the Hindus and the Muslims over their ritual and religious faiths. e.g the Hindus believes that cow is a prominent part of their religious faiths and they worship it as cow mata but in other hand the Muslims believes that their religion allow them to slaughter the animals having four legs ,and as a result the slaughtering of cow incites the people of Hindu religion because it hearts their faiths. the only solution is to stop communal riots over cow slaughtering is to BAN it . and government also √ BANNED the slaughtering of cow through out the country but still some people of Muslim religion used to slaughter cow.

√ 4--and for securing the communal rights of a different religions, the government providing reservation and education to the poor and vulnerable families of different religions.

√ 5- only a good education can prevent communal issues and could feel the minorities that they are also working for them .

hope it will add some lines in your solution !
thank you !
