Answer:

The incident that led johnsy to change her mind is the last leaf not falling from tree in strong storm also. In the famous story, 'The Last Leaf' by O. Henry, Johnsy was convinced that when the last leaf from the ivy creeper falls off, she will also lose her life. She had told this to her friend Sue.

Hey!

• This is the story "The Last Leaf" by "O' Henry" •

• Johnsy tells her friend that as soon as the last leaf on the ivy tree will fall, she will also die (this is what she has thought off). She tells her friend, Sue this. Sue tells this to an old painter Behrman and Behrman thinks that he should paint an ivy leaf on the wall. When Johnsy wakes up the very next morning she sees that leaf, thus, this brings a spark of hope in her eyes. This changes her mind.

Hope it helps!
