Gandhi ji started a non cooperation moment and peoples too non co operate with britishers as the gandhi ji said . Under this moment Gandhi decided that noone will be appointed as MP or MLA by britishers in congress party but nehru dislike this forum thats why he started a new part SWARAJ PARTY to get indepencence in his own way....
