the black and white felt apprehensive at the time of constitution making because the black swear in the fear that the constitution which show racism towards them and they don't have the equal rights when compared to white people they might feel that they would get dominated so Ambedkar had implemented reservation to help the blacks and make them equal with the whites

The blacks and whites were apprehensive at the time of Constitution making :
1) As blacks came in majority, whites were feared that black majority would snatch their land and property.
2) Blacks were feared that as whites were also a part of Constitution making, apartheid policy could also be continue.
3) Whites were also feared that blacks could do ill treatment with whites as they did with blacks when they were in power.
