The following Reasons made the human beings to search for the alternative for natural fibres:

1.Natural Fibres obtained from plants and animals are very costly.For example cotton, wool and silk
2. It's not affordable and accessible to all.
3. Production of fibre is time consuming process.
4. Maintenanace of ntaural fibre is very difficult.
Whereas 
Synthetic fibres are :
---> Cheap
---> absorbs less water
---> wrinkle free
-->durable
--->affordable
-->easy to maintain.
