The Korean war was tragic due to many reasons. As stated in the text “ Millions of people died and the living returned to their original boundaries. The war never officially ended, though combat has ceased for the most part.” It is understandable that many of the families affected by the war were forced to part ways, famine took over, and several people died and the war ended up as a stalemate. These are just some of the reasons on why the korean war was a tragedy.
