What major challenges has globalisation posted for small producers/workers?

➡ Small producers and workers have been hit hard the most due to rising competition.

➡ Several of the small units have been shut down leading many workers jobless.

➡ Large MNCs order their products from the Indian exporters in order to maximize their profits so for getting the large orders from them the importers try to cut labour cast and they force workers to work overtime or they may reduce no. of workers.
