Answer:

democratic country simply means that the Representatives are elected on the basis of election and are voted by the citizens of the country while non democratic country is under rule of military or any monarch there is no role of government.

The country in which leaders are selected by polling or the people have suffrage is called democratic country,rest are non-democratic.
