The election commission has the power to interfere in any decision of  party related to the elections and their rights and power to paricipate in the elctions. The election commission can restrict a political party from promoting their party in the election they can even restrict them for participating in the election. The election commission can ask for any docyment regarding a person standing in the election and check that the elections are happening peroidically, peacefully and fair. If any one disobeys elections commission the election commission have the power to stop him for standing in the election which result in increase in power of the election commission.
