Its better if you use strong password. You will want to have at least 12 characters, minimum. You will need to make a password that's long enough and hard but good enough for you to remember. It is good for you to include some numbers, symbols, capital, and lower case letters. It is better if you use a mix of different types of characters to make the password harder so it is harder to crack your password.
