Acid is artificially made by mineral and the water containing is very low which make it higher concentration.

Base is naturally form and the water contains is very high compared to acid which make it weak

Bases can be weak because they 'accepted' all of the H+ that have been released, therefore it been fully ionised in the aqueous solution
