Answer of 1st Q

In simple terms, you see an object only when it reflects light, and that falls on your eyes. Here the glass molecules can absorb some part of the light and pass most of the light through them. It makes the glass transparent. The same is the case with water molecules

Answer of 2nd

Maybe it is not right

If “Someone is Transparent” it means that person cannot or does not hide or conceal anything. It means observers who want to know what this “Someone” is up to, the observers are free to observe. A person who is “Transparent” has no secrets and tells no lies.
