India divides power between rajya sabha and lok sabha..it gives equal power to both the levels..it also has the check and rule system where president appoints the judge but he dont any right to rule over judge.judge is free to give his judgement or place his or her discision..india also has a system of giving power to the local bodies.....this all makes india federation
