InSaudi Arabia women have no right to vote while men have the right. In democracy each adult citizen must have one vote and each vote must have one value This law is violated in case of Saudi Arabia hence it makes the government un democratic.

vrinda2882: I know that but in class9 we are studying a chapter where we are learning about features of democracy and they are explained with the help of some case studies .This right was violated many years back and I am talking about that.

Answer:

Saudi Arabia is an absolute monarchy, although, according to the Basic Law of Saudi Arabia adopted by royal decree in 1992, the king must comply with Sharia (that is, Islamic law) and the Qur'an. The Qur'an and the Sunnah are declared to be the country's constitution.
