As we know the population of a place depends upon the features of the place, so as west bengal is one of the state which has most favorable climitic condition such as rainfall, temprature, and photoperiod. It has also good fertilty and land reforms or other feature which makes life easy to people. So according to size it has huge population so it is most thickly populated state.

Settlements . 2 ) there is more job opportunity. 3) the transport communication is very good which attracts the outsiders. 4) migration of immigrants from Bangladesh also added rise to population 5) the land is fertile and is suitable for agriculture
