Explanation:

• The easiest way to make me angry is to judge me or pass an unnecessary judgement on others in front of me.
• In the era of social media, I almost encounter thousands of unnecessary comments judging me or any other person irrespective of their gender.
• If a person is doing something good and putting it out on social media to motivate others he is showing off.
• If a person is doing something that might be wrong from others' perspectives they pass a judgement.
• These things affect the person to the core and disturb one's mental sanity.
• What I do is Ignore and stay away from such people. It's for my mental sanity that I don't pay attention or read comments on social media that are made by ill-minded people.
