CaCO3 ---> CaO + CO2

GMM of CaO = 40 + 16 = 56 g

1 mole of CaCO3 gives 1 mole of CaO

So, 3 moles of CaCO3 gives 3 moles of CaO

So, 3 moles of CaCO3 gives 3*56 g of CaO

So, 3 moles of CaCO3 gives 168 g of CaO
