Explanation:

Molar mass of MgSO4 = 120.3676 g/mol

This compound is also known as Magnesium Sulfate.

Convert grams MgSO4 to moles or moles MgSO4 to grams

Molecular weight calculation:

24.305 + 32.065 + 15.9994*4

Answer:

magnesium sulphate - mgs(o4)

in one mole of magnesium sulphate

mass of mg = 24 g (approx)

mass of sulphur = 32 g (approx)

mass of oxygen = 16 × 4 mole of oxygen = 16 ×4 = 64 g

so , one mole of magnesium sulphate = 120 g

now , mass of 2.5 mole of magnesium sulphate =

120 g × 2.5 = 300g

mass of magnesium in 2.5 mole of magnesium sulphate = in one mole mass of magnesium = 24 g then in 2.5 mole = 24 /120 × 300 = 60 g

mass of sulfur = in one mole mass of sulfur = 32 g then in 2.5 mole = 32/120 × 300 = 80 g

mass of oxygen in 2.5 mole of magnesium sulphate = in one mole mass = 64 then in 2.5 mole of magnesium sulphate = 64/ 120 × 300 = 160 g .
