MATERIALS:

1) A fresh specimen of goat kidney

2)sharp blade/scalpel

3)tray

4) jug of water

PROCEDURE:

○wash the kidney thoroughly so that blood is completely drained from it .

○Put the kidney in the tray and observe it carefully .

○ with the help of sharp blade take a longitudinal section of the kidney .

○ Note your observations in your observation book .
