THE LINE IS CORRECTLY SAID,

As we know India is a very diversified country and there are many different people living here. So if we ask for opinion of the people of different occupations that in their view what are the ways by which a nation can develop, so different people would definitely have different different opinions. So for example if we ask to a landless rural farmer about the ways to develop the country then he would say that the per day wages of labourers should be increased( they may have more statements but it would be the primary demand) . But on the other hand if we ask a big landowner about the ways from which the country can develop then he would say that the landless labourers should demand for less wages. So by this we can conclude that development of one's opinion may not be development for other's opinion.
