For Eg: Development for government is to build large dams to generate electricity but this may be disastrous for the people who will get displaced due to large space covered under the water of its reservoir.

They might get make the people landless, jobless( which would bring unemployment ).

Thus, we can also say that: WHAT MAY BE DEVELOPMENT FOR ONE MAY NOT BE DEVELOPMENT FOR ANOTHER, IT CAN EVEN BE DISASTROUS FOR HIM.

It is quite rue. The same thing can’t be good for everyone.

For example, the so called development may be considered development for human

beings; but it is not development for the environment, flora and fauna.
