Even in the singular, it doesn’t naturally follow ‘let me know.’ ‘Let me have your comments / let me have your input’ would flow better, or ‘send me your input’ . To retain ‘let me know’ then ‘let me know your opinion’ or ‘let me know your thoughts.’
