OWNERSHIP : 1. Individual resources
                          2. Community    resources

1. i. These are owned by individual .
ii. For eg : Farmers own land on which they perform cultivation and for that ownership of land they pay revenue to the governemnt.
iii. Another eg is the houses that we own , or buildings owned by individuals.
iv. We can even make desirable changes on that land since we own them.

2. i. These resources are owned by a whole community. In this type of resources i.e accessible to the whole community
ii. NO individual can make changes according to his/her choice.
iii. For eg : public park , picnic spots etc
