what measure would you suggest for the abolition of child labour?

first of all it so very sad to say that elementary education had been made compulsory for every child in a country but alas at as follows by only a few states and the children are working as libras or at wheels on the bus and many other places today a country is acid by others on the way to progress but I don't think so and the measures I would suggest for the abolition of child labour is first of all children should be made a way out and parents should be educated so that they don't standard children for work thirdly those who practice child labour are made the children do this should be severely punished rules should not be just written on the constitution day should be followed also
