Equality before law- In order to secure social justice the Constitution declares all the citizens to be equal in the eyes of law. Article 14 of the Constitution guarantees all citizens equality before the law and equal protection of laws.

No Discrimination- Article 15 provides that the State shall not discriminate against any citizens on the grounds of religion, race, caste, class, creed, gender, and place of birth or any of them.
