1. The Direct Draining of sewage in water sources must be avoided and it must be done by Treatment of water and then drain into rivers as well as used for agricultural purposes.

2. The Biological Oxygen Demand(BOD) of Water resources may be maintained by removal of Algal Bloom(i.e,Eichornia) Must be done.

3. The Industrial waste must be treated before draining into water resources and it must be used to by themselves to avoid wasting water and it reduces the pollution in water.

4. The use of pesticides and insecticides must be reduced.Because these may be collected in stream during Rain and then drained into water resources. Thus It has a major role in polluting water resources.

5. Oil spills and Tar spills must be avoided.

6. Microbial Treatment of sewage must be done to kill toxic wastes mixing water resources. For example Super bug is used to eliminate oil spills.

7. The Dyes which are toxic to River ecosystem must be banned.
