i'm actually a kid, Afsara did not no more about it.but i'm going to give a short or mine mind about this.
yeah its illegal to marry a child.it is so embrassing & shameful that happening in our society.

P.M have to makes acts towards it.like safe childs & protect them from this thing.this age of their will be full of laughters, fairytales,happiness & more.
